# human.json directory

> human.json is an open format for hiring profiles: one human.json per person with what they have done, what they want next, and the rules recruiting agents should follow. This site makes, checks and hosts them. The people below are fictional samples.

Read [protocol.md](protocol.md) (the spec) and [schema/human.schema.json](schema/human.schema.json). Validate a file with `POST /api/validate`. Published profiles live at `/u/<handle>/human.json`. To help someone write theirs, follow [skill/SKILL.md](skill/SKILL.md). [people.json](people.json) summarises the samples; skill names come from [vocabulary.json](vocabulary.json).
